Friendly staff helped with luggage and arranged excellent head massage. No fridge in room.

Enjoyed delicious and great breakfasts, and clean hotel.

The staff were constantly understanding. The unit we got was luxury and quiet with a bathroom, a second armchair, as for instance. The breakfast had a great selection of options: scrambled eggs and cereals.

Everything was brand-new, can't recommend highly enough!!

It was luxury and fairly quiet, good enough for short stay. Marvellous and comfortable location in reasonable walking distance of the city center, greatly enjoyed this place. Besides, we where not far from the tourist attractions, the Christmas markets and the many cafes in the old town which proved far cheaper.

The staff here were sooo nice! Breakfast was excellent and kept stocked well. Only downside? It's a bit isolated – a 15 min walk to the city center. But Uber worked perfectly for us. 😊

It's literally short way from place kleber. Perfect for trip. Took me 20 minutes to get to train station.

Comfortable Rooms with Great Staff

I recently enjoyed my stay, thanks to the cozy and well-decorated room. It reminded me of a home away from home. The staff were very accommodating. I did find the bathroom layout a bit awkward, especially the sink placement.

Very clean room with nearly new bathroom. Luxury room is very spaceous. 35 minute walk from city center (petit france) is somewhat cumbersome .. but price/quality imho more important!

Several times they broke internet connection throughout the whole hotel.

It's clean ans staff are very profesional.

It's very far for the tram and public transport.

There was a common door between my room and the room next door, located after the entrance to my room. Although there was another door to my bedroom, which I indeed kept closed, there was no possibility to be locked. It would be a good idea if the bedroom door could be locked.

Positive, The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. I loved the private sauna and the cozy interior decor. Breakfast was great with a good spread! The staff were friendly and helpful.

It may seem charming, but the location is inconvenient with limited dining options nearby!!! The lack of coffee-making facilities in some rooms is quite disappointing!!! Awkward bathroom layouts can detract from comfort!!!
